- Images from Image Bank Sweden may be used for the purpose of presenting Sweden abroad. Marketing of products or services is prohibited (exemption marketing intended to increase travel to Sweden). Please note Limits of use for exceptions.
- Images in the image bank may not be used in Sweden for a Swedish target audience.
- In conjunction with the use of an image, the name of the photographer (and the artist) shall be indicated in the following manner: name of photographer (artist) /imagebank.sweden.se
- The user of an image must download the image from Image Bank Sweden and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use. An image from Image Bank Sweden may not be transferred to third parties.
- The downloaded image may be used only once. If the image shall be used again, it must be downloaded anew, since new Terms and Conditions may be applicable to the image.
- The person, company or organization which uses an image from Image Bank Sweden is responsible for compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Use.

- Las imágenes procedentes del banco de imágenes Image Bank Sweden podrán ser utilizadas, sin cargo alguno, por cualquier persona que desee utilizar imágenes para promocionar Suecia en el extranjero. Esto incluye las actividades de marketing destinadas a incrementar los viajes a Suecia. Queda prohibido el marketing de otros productos o servicios.
- Las imágenes del banco de imágenes no podrán utilizarse en Suecia si van dirigidas a una audiencia sueca.
- El usuario de una imagen deberá descargar él mismo la imagen de Image Bank Sweden y aceptar los Términos y Condiciones de Uso. Esto constituye una condición para el uso de la imagen. No podrán transferirse a terceros las imágenes procedentes de Image Bank Sweden.
- En caso de que vaya a volverse a utilizar la imagen ya bajada, deberá bajarse de nuevo, ya que es posible que resulten de aplicación nuevos Términos y Condiciones a la imagen.
- Junto con el uso de una imagen, deberá indicarse el nombre del fotógrafo como sigue: nombre del fotógrafo/imagebank.sweden.se
- La persona, empresa, sociedad u organización que utilice una imagen procedente de Image Bank Sweden será responsable del cumplimiento de los Términos y Condiciones de Uso.

- Jeder, der Bilder einsetzen möchte, um im Ausland für Schweden zu werben, kann Bilder von der Imagebank Sweden kostenlos verwenden. Hierzu gehören Marketingmaßnahmen mit dem Ziel, Reisen nach Schweden zu fördern. Marketing für andere Produkte bzw. Dienstleistungen ist nicht gestattet.
- Bilder aus der Imagebank Sweden dürfen in Schweden für eine schwedische Zielgruppe nicht verwendet werden.
- Der Nutzer eines Bildes muss das Bild von der Imagebank Sweden selbst herunterladen und die Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptieren. Dies ist Voraussetzung für die Verwendung des Bildes. Bilder aus der Imagebank Sweden dürfen nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden.
- Wenn das heruntergeladene Bild erneut verwendet werden soll, muss es ein weiteres Mal heruntergeladen werden, da für das Bild neue Nutzungsbedingungen gelten könnten.
- Im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung eines Bildes ist der Name des Fotografen folgendermaßen anzugeben: Name des Fotografen/imagebank.sweden.se
- Die Person, Firma oder Organisation, die ein Bild von der Imagebank Sweden verwendet, ist für die Einhaltung der Nutzungsbedingungen verantwortlich.

- Les images de la banque d’images de Suède peuvent être utilisées à titre gratuit par toute personne souhaitant utiliser des images pour les besoins de la promotion de la Suède à l’étranger. Ceci inclut les opérations de marketing visant à accroitre les voyages à destination de la Suède. Toute opération de marketing d’autres produits ou services est interdite.
- Les images de la banque d’images ne peuvent pas être utilisées en Suède pour un public suédois.
- L’utilisateur d’une image doit la télécharger lui-même à partir de la banque d’images de Suède et accepter les conditions d’utilisation. L’utilisation de l’image est subordonnée à cette condition. Aucune image de la banque d’images de Suède ne peut être transférée à des tiers.

Terms of use
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use means that the user has read all the Terms and Conditions below.
The Terms and Conditions of Use are binding on all users. The user must at all times note that an asset may be subject to alternative conditions, additional conditions, which, if so, are provided in connection with the downloading of the asset. In such cases, the additional terms shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions of Use. User means the person, organization or company that uses the asset.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are binding on all users.
- In conjunction with the use of an asset, the name of the copy right holder shall be indicated in the following manner: name of copy right holder (photographer etc) /Visit Sweden.
- Assets from this Content Bank may be used free of charge for the purpose specified by specific conditions for each asset. Use of an asset in the purpose of marketing of products or services is prohibited, unless stated otherwise.
- The user of an asset must download the asset himself from the Content Bank and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use specified for that asset. The asset may not be transferred to third parties.
- The downloaded asset may be used only once. If the asset shall be used again, it must be downloaded anew, since new Terms and Conditions may be applicable to the image.
- An asset downloaded from this Content Bank may be an asset associated with Image Bank Sweden and have therefor other Terms of use specified for that asset.
- All material in this Content Bank is protected under the Copyright Act. This means that all copyrighted content, structure, design, selection, language, graphics, images, as well as all code, html, javascript, or the like is protected and not transferred to the user.
- The asset may not be used in any manner inconsistent with Swedish or international law. The assets may not be used in any manner or context which might be perceived as offensive, misleading or illegal (for example, pornographic or obscene). The assets may not be used in such a manner that may offend or be defamatory to the photographer and/or people depicted in the asset.
- The user of an asset is liable for any claims for damages which may arise as a result of claims brought by copyright holders or people depicted in the image due to improper use.
- The user (person, company or organization) which uses an asset from this Content bank is responsible for compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Use. The user is also required to hold Visit Sweden harmless from claims from rights holders of the assets due to any use which violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions shall be adjudicated under Swedish law by the Stockholm District Court.
Personal Data
Images showing identifiable individuals may constitute personal data. As such, use of and participation in any material or other images in Visit Swedens Content Bank, is subject to Visit Sweden Personal Data Policy.
User
The user is solely responsible for all assets used. The user is also required to hold the organizations responsible for the Content Bank harmless from claims from image rights holders due to any use which violates these Terms and Conditions.
